Indiana: Area 22 (Northern Indiana), Area 23 (Southern Indiana)
Michigan: Area 32 (Central Michigan), Area 33 (Southeast Michigan), Area 34 (Western Michigan), and parts of Area 55 (Northwest Ohio/Southeast Michigan)
Ohio: Area 53 (Central Southeast Ohio), Area 54 (Northeast Ohio), Area 55 (Northwest Ohio), and Area 56 (Southwest Ohio)
Wisconsin: Area 74 (Northern Wisconsin/Upper Peninsula Michigan), Area 75 (Southern Wisconsin)
